My Story.
 My Mission.
Each day is a new opportunity to improve yourself. Take it and make the most of it.
I am a personal trainer from Gold Coast Australia, I’ve trained for 15 years and been a PT for over 8. During this time I have dabbled in all kinds of training styles such as body building, calisthenics, ninja warrior and many more, not only have I watched my body change in shape but I’ve also accumulated large amount of knowledge that I was able to translate into the Programs I have created. Training is my hobby, my passion and my specialty. I love helping people feel and look good and understand the psychological benefits training has on the human mind. I’ve designed hundreds of programs for my clients helping them achieve just that. Through out my journey I have learned a lot and part of that was knowing what works and what doesn’t. I have worked with people from all walks of life so I understand how most people tick and what it takes to get them going, that’s why I have decided to create these programs so I can reach a wider audience and hopefully help them achieve their goals and change their life for the better.

what is suspension training
Suspension training is training that involves a system of ropes and cables that enables you to use your body weight against gravity to provide resistance. This creates the same effect as using weights but with more benefits and greater results.
You can increase the difficulty of any exercise by simply re adjusting your distance from the suspension strap increasing the angle which will require much more core engagement and aim to improve your strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, coordination and power all in one workout. You are suspended from an anchor point where body weight becomes your machine and gravity your resistance. Adjusting the level of difficulty per exercise is as easy as moving your hands or feet.
Some of the benefits gained using a suspension trainer include functional strength, agility, power, core strength, stability, muscular endurance and reducing the risks of cardiovascular disease. Additionally, a suspension strap is the most versatile piece of home gym equipment, allowing you to do over 100 exercises. It’s also easily adjustable for many different skill levels and is extremely portable and easy to set up.

Strength Training
Suspension training works by challenging your body in conditions of instability. This forces you to constantly engage your core to perform each exercise therefore helps improve your balance and overall strength. Most home or outdoor based programs have limited number of targeted exercises and equipment. There is only so much you can do using your bodyweight and light equipment but with the suspension trainer you can do it all. You create resistance using your own bodyweight and therefore get the same results as training in a gym using weights and machines.
Mobility & flexibility
By unloading some bodyweight using the suspension trainer, it is possible to safely move through a greater range of motion. Adding resistance and leverage to a particular stretch can safely pull the body to a range of motion that might not otherwise be achievable, therefore stretches on the suspension trainer can flow seamlessly from one to the next, this mimics how the body moves in daily life, thus improving your mobility and flexibility.
Weight Loss
Unlike almost any other training system available, the suspension trainer challenges your entire body in all planes of motion creating a huge metabolic effect therefore aiding in weight loss and cardiovascular health.
